Highfield House is a high-rise residential condominum apartment building located at 4000 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and completed in 1964, Highfield House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Baltimore is home to a second building by Mies van der Rohe: One Charles Center, a high-rise office tower, completed in 1962. One Charles Center was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

On October 25, 2014, the Highfield House community hosted a special 50th Anniversary Event.
